My dear, you have touched me very much with your being and our work together and you have been great at my side in these stormy times in my soul life. It is a gift to be able to experience that together with you and it worked great for me. Meditation as the basis and, based on this, soul work with you. You can tell that you are drawing from a treasure trove of many spiritual experiences. All of this is real work and is not available for free, but the fruits are delicious! Thank you for that! The women's sweat lodge felt like a little fresh start. We were eleven and each of us arrived with a huge baggage full of everyday life and worries on our minds. During the opening ceremony, Ingrid reminded us that everything is fine at that very moment. And so it was. Surrounded by wonderful nature and humorous (house) spirits, we were allowed to immerse ourselves again in our femininity on the shore of a lake between heat, cold, water and fire. Ingrid works very intuitively, happily, but seriously, and with an infectious and empathetic ease. At the end of the ritual we were not just eleven women, but eleven sisters.
