Naturopath

 for Psychotherapy in Berlin

Welcome. My name is Ingrid Mesin. I have dedicated much of my life to exploring various practices and sources of wisdom to expand my own consciousness. I share the knowledge and experience I have gained through this process with my clients through my work. My practice is intuitive and therefore individualized for each person. I use homeopathic remedies, medicinal plants, incense, bodywork, sound healing and much more, anything that helps to penetrate the fields of healing and ultimately relax and trust. Through my love for life and the desire to unfold my full potential as a human being, my heart goes into this work.

Paths & Trainings, which have influenced my current work

Originally from Croatia, I was born in Germany in 1969. Today I live in Berlin.  To live and unite different cultures I understand as a gift and a challenge at the same time. To know one's roots and to be connected with the power of the ancestors, no matter where we live or what language we speak.

I grew up in a sports therapy environment with my parents. Early on I became involved with nutritional science, bodywork, autogenic training, the concept of back school, and much more. With the birth of my daughter (1995), many things changed in my life. Among other things, I moved more in the direction of the healing arts.

In 1997/ 98 I lived in Brazil and trained Capoeira. This was an intensive contact with my spirituality. I experienced how beautiful it is when body, soul and spirit are in harmony. I also feel connected to Vedic philosophy, meditation and Vipassana. I was allowed to sit my first Vipassana course in Peru (10 days of silent meditation).

I lived in London and New York and did some of my yoga training there. I then ran a yoga studio in Berlin for a few years. From 2007 to 2011 I trained as an alternative practitioner at the Samuel Hahnemann School in Berlin. My focus was on constitutional, process-oriented homeopathy, bodywork (body - energy - healing) and Chinese medicine. During this time I also learned Family Constellations, a work that inspired me, so I took another four-year training with Peter Orban to deepen my knowledge in this area.

The first Shamanic Ritual in 2002 made such a lasting impression on me that I continue to learn and teach this healing method to this day. Both my view of people and my way of working is influenced by it, so in 2017/ 2018 I traveled South America, lived there and gave lectures/seminars on systemic constellations and also family constellations.

During this time I learned from shamanic teachers. I did a "vision quest" on Lakota customs. Experiences with traditional healing methods of the heart and techniques of connecting with nature inspire my work today.
